Darren Almond

Darren Almond (*1971) is a British artist whose work explores the relationship between time, memory, and history. He is best known for his photographs, videos, and installations that often feature landscapes and natural phenomena. Almond has exhibited widely in Europe, the United States, and Asia, and his work is held in numerous public and private collections. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards, including being shortlisted for the prestigious Turner Prize in 2005.
